Why ninjas? Simply put, ninjas evoke a certain mystique centered around stealth, which is exactly what both authors and editors should strive for. Both need to practice their craft without the reader even knowing someone was there until it is too late. Actually, it’s more important for editors than authors; an author tells the story, but the editor makes it happen without a hitch.

In my work (yes, I don’t normally talk about myself in the third person), I often get requests for resources and tips. To an extent, I created this blog as an attempt to gather them all together as I write about them.
